🎃 Halloween Community Safety Message 🎃

Barnehurst Safer Neighbourhood Team would like to wish everyone a safe and enjoyable Halloween.

Please remember:

Keep valuables out of sight and ensure your doors and windows are locked before leaving home.

If you are out trick-or-treating, stay in well-lit areas and supervise young children at all times.

Be mindful of road safety, especially when wearing costumes that may restrict vision.

Respect residents who do not wish to take part in Halloween activities.

Households who do not wish to receive trick-or-treat visitors may wish to display a polite sign such as "No Trick or Treaters Please". We ask everyone to respect these requests and move on to the next house.

Report any anti-social behaviour, criminal damage, or suspicious activity to police.

Our officers will be conducting patrols across the area to help keep the community safe and address any issues that arise.

For emergencies, always call 999. For non-emergency matters, contact police via 101 or report online.

Have a fun, safe, and respectful Halloween! 🎃👻
